Murder and Kill borderpulling and griminologism problems :(

Lets imagine Jack and Bill. Jack cause Bill to death intently. Courtroom thincks if it is murder or kill. Jack is 25 years old and no prisonment or conditional prisonment been before.

If it is Murder, then Jack gets to be in prisonment for 12 years at least.
If it is Kill, then Jack gets to be in prisonment for 6 years AT MOST!

Why there is 6 years gap in between murder an kill prisonment.

Should be that for firsttimer in prisons when 21 or older and firsttimer in prisonment:

Kill: 3-6 year prisonment
Manslaughter: 5-10 years prisonment
Murder: 7.5-15 year prisonment

If under 21 and firsttimer when doing crime then would be scale 2/3 of the prisonment. If over 21 and not firsttimer then 4/3 of normals scale.

Lifeseasonal prisonment should be remowed from lawbook and replaced with yearprisonment that is wery close to what is lifeseasonal prisonment now. Also parole remowed. It make things understanded by normal people. Usually normal people don't know mutch about griminologism.
