Sisällissota peruttu
Äärioikeiston mielenosoitus kutistui pikkuruiseksi Washingtonissa – vastamielenosoittajia tuhansia

...Äärioikeiston joukko poistui nopeasti marssinsa jälkeen kahdella pakettiautolla, joita poliisi seurasi.

En ihmettelis vaikka Trump totuttuun tapaansa varastaisi tästäkin kunnian itselleen.

No sitähän se 99% on. Tai sanotaan että 80% työstä ei edes näy suurelle yleisölle, 18% on demoja yms. ja 1% keikkojen perumista ja niistä keikoista aika pieni promille on Oi polloin keikkoja.

Website Promised Free Anti-Antifa Shirts. Alt-Right Signed Up. It Was a Trap.
Posing as an ally of the ‘National March Against Far-Left Violence,’ someone convinced far-right supporters to give up their personal information—then doxxed them.

A website that offered free anti-anti-fascist t-shirts for a real far-right march appears to have been a trap by anti-fascists.

On August 18, Trump supporters will host the “National March Against Far-Left Violence” in several cities, organized by a pair of frequent attendees at far-right rallies. Expected participants include members of anti-Muslim group the Proud Boys and people involved in the pro-Trump troll group Patriot Prayer, which has attracted white supremacists. In early July, when march leaders were planning their event, an apparent ally set up a website where marchers could pre-order anti-anti-fascist t-shirts. But the website appears to have been a trap by antifa, who turned around and published the names and addresses they’d collected from the website.

Now the far-right is trying to get their apparent anti-fascist trolls arrested.

An anonymous person registered a website for the National March Against Far-Left Violence in early July, web registry records show. An early version of the site encouraged fans to subscribe to its mailing list or pre-order t-shirts, which showed an anti-fascist symbol being damaged by the American flag. The site didn’t ask for payment, just an address “so we can calculate shippings costs.”

Privacy-savvy marchers might have known to avoid a web form asking for their information. The far right and its opponents often wage controversial doxxing campaigns against each other, with fascists and anti-fascists posting their rivals’ personal details online in attempt to intimidate them or reveal their identities. After the first Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, some white supremacists cited doxxing campaigns as the reason they would not participate in a future rally.

That didn’t stop approximately three dozen people who allegedly signed up for the mailing list or tried to reserve anti-antifa shirts. This week, days before the march, the site started publishing those people’s names, and sometimes their addresses.

“The following people still have not paid for the shirts they ordered,” the site’s publishers wrote above a list of several dozen names. “We’re hardworking organizers who paid hard-earned money out of our own pockets to have these shirts printed. The fact that our fellow patriots are now shirking their obligations is alarming to us.”

Prospective marchers began raging at the event’s organizers on the official Facebook page. One person whose name was revealed claimed to have never signed up for a t-shirt.

“It appears that a fake web page was set up in our name. We are not associated with it so don't trust anything on it. This is only a Facebook page,” the official march Facebook page wrote on Wednesday, when followers began complaining.

But marchers quickly pointed out that, not only had the march’s official Facebook page associated with the website, it had actually linked to it.

“Bullshit,” one person with a Pepe avatar responded. “That site has been in your about page since July! You all really fucked up this time.”

Hours later, the Facebook page changed its story, editing its status to clarify that yes, they had promoted the site with the fake t-shirts, but only because a stranger had asked them to.

“This ‘patriot’ came out of no where with an already built web page saying it was built to donate to the cause,” the Facebook moderators wrote. “A gift to this cause. Turns out it’s not and it was a fake website made to lure people into it. We are sorry about that.”

One of the alleged trolls posted a screenshot of an alleged July 8 Facebook chat with march organizers, in which he sent the completed website. “Oh neat,” one organizer replied.

Hours into the doxxing campaign, march organizers started piecing together what had happened.

“Some infiltrators created a website and due to the share number of mutual friends I trusted that it was legitimate,” the march’s official Facebook account posted on Wednesday. “They were just supposed to put out information but instead put up a phony order form for tea [sic] shirts. The infiltrator accounts are Ed Pinkley and Donny Murphy.”

The two Facebook accounts, neither of which used personal photos, appear to have been created to look like generic far-right Facebook users. Pinkley’s, which has since been deleted, was active since at least November 2017, befriending well known members of right-wing movements and posting conservative memes. Murphy’s account was created last month.

From its Facebook account, the march claimed to have called the feds.

“The authorities have been notified and are extremely interested because it appears that interstate fraud has been committed,” the page wrote. “The Antifa infiltrators made a big mistake by attempting to take phony t-shirt orders because now they are engaged in an actual crime.”

But observers noted that this is the second recent occasion during which march organizer Mark Sahady has attempted to coordinate a far-right event, only for anti-fascists to sneak in. In May, ThinkProgress published leaked conversations from Sahady’s Boston-based group Resist Marxism, which revealed that the group -- which outwardly railed against feminism, leftism, and “political correctness” -- was actually tied to more openly extremist and white supremacist groups.

“JFC, Mark,” one person wrote on the official march page, linking to the ThinkProgress article, “this is the second time you've gotten infiltrated and gotten everyone around you doxxed in less than three months.”

Milo Yiannopoulos 'more than $2m in debt', Australian promoters' documents show
https://www.theguardian.com/australia-n ... ments-show

Cache details deterioration in relationship between far right activist and his former Gold Coast-based promoters

The far right activist Milo Yiannopoulos was more than $2m in debt during 2018, according to a collection of documents assembled by his former Australian tour promoters and seen by Guardian Australia. Creditors listed in the documents include employees of his company, a wedding venue and his former sponsors, the billionaire Mercer family.

The documents indicate that as of April 2018, Yiannopoulos owed $1.6m to his own company, $400,000 to the Mercers, $153,215 to his former lawyers, $76,574 to former collaborator and Breitbart writer Allum Bokhari, and $20,000 to the luxury jewellery brand Cartier.

As of 2 October, Yiannopoulos owed sums of several thousand dollars to far right writers including Ian Miles Cheong, anti-Islamic ideologue Pamela Geller and science fiction writer Theodore Beale, aka Vox Day, the documents indicate, amongst others.

They were published on the website of an Australian far right figure and United Patriots Front member, Neil Erikson, infamous for subjecting the former senator Sam Dastyari to a torrent of racial abuse in a Melbourne pub.

The cache details the deterioration in the relationship between Yiannopoulos and his former promoters, Gold Coast-based Australian Events Management, run by brothers Ben and Dan Spiller.

The documents show Yiannopoulos demanding money from the promoters for his living expenses, medical bills for himself and his husband, and payment for his employees, on top of sums that the promoters claim they had already transferred to him.

At one point, as he attempts to negotiate the transfer of more funds from the Spillers, Yiannopoulos remarks in a message that “I am less financially secure, more panicked and stressed, and more miserable than when we started”, and then says he returned his wedding ring to Cartier to wipe out the debt he had with them.

Yiannopoulos’s disagreements with the promoters did not put him off the country, though. In a September text, he says that “I am really seriously considering a move to Australia in the next year or two. The political environment in the US is insane. So pulling this off well really matters to me”. In another text he worries that a failed tour would damage his earning potential in the country.

Emails show Yiannopoulos attempted to add more far right guests to the bill. In October, in an email with the subject line “Roger Stone really wants to join tour”, Yiannopoulos tried to get the Infowars broadcaster and Trump adviser on the bill, commenting that “Mueller investigation won’t have tightened the noose by December”.

Stone is currently a focus of the special investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Yiannopoulos and the promoters made successive failed attempts to organise speaking tours to Australia in 2018.

The British-born former Breitbart writer was to be accompanied by various guests, including the rightwing US commentator Ann Coulter, the English Defence League founder Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, also known as Tommy Robinson, the Australian senator Fraser Anning, who once called for a “final solution to immigration in Australia”; and the Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes, who was himself refused a visa to enter Australia late last week.

Tours planned in April, September and December all fell through. The Spillers say that the earlier cancellations were largely due to scheduling conflicts with other touring far right speakers, such as the Lauren Southern tour.

Like McInnes, Yiannopoulos publicly quit his Proud Boys membership in the days after the Guardian revealed that the FBI had categorised it as an extremist group in talks with local law enforcement.

Last Friday, Yiannopoulos announced that he was joining the “Deplorable” tour organised by the Penthouse Australia publisher Damien Costas. In a YouTube video he poured scorn on the Spillers, calling them “fraudulent”, “insane” and “incompetent”, and published their email addresses in various social media posts.

The Spillers told the Guardian that they had since received threats from unknown people via text and email. They said a group of men broke into a car at their home on Saturday morning, which they reported to police. The Guardian has seen video that the Spillers say shows them chasing these men down the street away from their home.

Asked why the Spillers kept sending money to Yiannopoulos as they claimed, Ben Spiller said: “He has been paid so much more than the original contract warrants, but we threw money after money to try to save the tour and ticket holders.”

Yiannopoulos told the Guardian in an email the documents referred to “company debts, not personal”.

“I’m doing fine and bringing in $40k US a month.”

He called the Spillers “crooks and clowns”, adding “these documents are not court filings. They are a dox [the publication of someone’s personal details, usually as a form of punishment].”

The Spillers said in a media release on Friday that they had commenced legal action for the “return of funds” from Yiannopoulos.

Charlottesvillen natsiautoilija tuomittiin elinikautiseen + 419 vuodeksi vankilaan ja korvauksia 470 000 us dollaria. Voi vielä saada kaupan päälle kuolemantuomion liittovaltion oikeudessa. Tuomiossa todettiin, että mielenterveysongelmia oli, mutta kavereita ei, ja ei ollut syyntakeeton.

As he had throughout his two-week trial, Fields, 21, sat impassively at the defendant’s table, clad in a powder blue sweater, as the jury delivered its sentencing decisions after about four hours of deliberations that began Monday: life for first-degree murder; 70 years for each of five counts of aggravated malicious wounding; 20 years for each of three counts of malicious wounding; and nine years for leaving the scene of a fatal cras

--

Fields also faces a separate federal trial for alleged hate crimes related to the incident, including one offense that carries a possible death sentence. No trial date has been set, and the Justice Department has not said whether it will seek capital punishment.

In the meantime, after Moore imposes Tuesday’s sentences, Fields will be transferred from the local jail to a state penitentiary, where an inmate who has served a certain amount of a sentence can petition for geriatric release after age 60. Otherwise, Virginia does not allow parole for felonies committed after the mid-1990s.

--

Daniel Murrie, a University of Virginia psychologist who reviewed thousands of pages of Fields’s school and mental health records, testified that bipolar disorder was diagnosed when Fields was 6, and that, as an adolescent, he was found to have schizoid personality disorder. Murrie said Fields was housed in psychiatric facilities for three stretches before his 15th birthday.

He told the jury that Fields, who did not take the witness stand, has been prone to angry, sometimes violent outbursts since before he could walk, and was “expelled from preschool” because of his volatile behavior. A loner and social misfit, Fields washed out of Army basic training after graduating from high school, then worked at low-end jobs, playing video games for dozens of hours a week, Murrie said.

But Murrie, whose court-ordered evaluation of Fields included about 14 hours of jailhouse interviews, testified that Fields did not meet Virginia’s legal definition for not guilty by reason of insanity. And Fields did not mount such a defense
